C’est l’axe Kirumba qui a été choisie pour les débuts de cet activité qui a durée 4 jours. Compte tenue de la problématique sanitaire actuelle liée au Covid-19 et pour le respect des mesures barrières, l’assemblée générale s’est tenue dans chaque site. Tout à commencer par le site de Kamandi et Kikuvo le Jeudi 11/03/2021, Ensuite le vendredi 12/03/2021 c’était le tour des Sites de Bulotwa et Kirumba Centre, l’ activité s’est poursuivit les Samedi 13/03/2021 dans les sites de Kaseghe et Mighobwe, En fin, c’est à Hutwe que cette première étape s’est Clôturée. Cette assemblée visait quelques objectifs dont : la redynamisation de la coopérative le rappel sur le bon traitement du café. l’amélioration des conditions de vies de planteurs. Un bureau administratif appartenant à la coopérative acquis depuis 2020. Elle les a ensuite informé du projet de la construction d’un laboratoire du standard international qui est encours et qui sera opérationnel avant fin 2021. Ce laboratoire permettra à la coopérative de produire le café moulu enfin promouvoir la consommation locale.
